Before you ask
How long until my PC ships?
Ready-to-ship systems leave within a couple of business days. Build-to-order systems are assembled after your order — the current build time is shown on the product page, in your cart and at checkout, and you'll get status updates as your build moves through the queue.
Are your PCs new or pre-owned?
Build-to-order systems use new, retail-boxed components with their full manufacturer warranties. Some ready-to-ship systems may built with new and refurbished parts. When they are, it's labeled clearly on the product card and product page, with the condition described plainly.
What warranty do I get?
Every build is covered by our 1 year Hardware warranty, and each component keeps its own manufacturer warranty. Full terms are on the Warranty page.
Can I return a custom build?
Build-to-order systems are made for you, so returns work differently than off-the-shelf products — see the Return & Cancellation Policy for the exact terms, including the free cancellation window before parts are ordered.
Do you ship outside the continental US?
Currently we ship insured with signature confirmation within the continental US, and local pickup is available. Ask before ordering if you're elsewhere.
